A CLEAR, MEASURED APPROACH
What to Expect From Accu Pier
An evaluation should help you understand your home—not pressure you into buying repairs. We inspect the visible evidence, take measurements when appropriate, and explain the options before you decide.
Our evaluation and repair process
1. We listen first
We begin with the concerns you have noticed—such as cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, movement, or drainage problems—and when those symptoms appeared.
2. We inspect the home and surrounding conditions
We look at accessible interior and exterior areas, visible foundation symptoms, drainage patterns, soil conditions near the structure, and other factors that may contribute to movement.
3. We take floor-elevation readings when appropriate
Measured elevations help identify patterns across the floor. Measurements are considered together with visible symptoms and site conditions; they are not treated as proof by themselves.
4. We explain the findings in plain language
You receive a straightforward explanation of what we observed, what the measurements suggest, and which conditions deserve attention.
5. We discuss the practical options
Depending on the findings, the sensible next step may be monitoring, drainage or moisture correction, further investigation, or structural repair. If repairs are not justified, we will tell you.
6. We provide a written recommendation when repair is needed
The proposed scope identifies the work recommended for the conditions observed. We answer questions before you decide whether to proceed.
7. We complete the work and review it with you
When Accu Pier performs the repair, our team completes the agreed scope and reviews the finished work and relevant follow-up considerations with the homeowner.
