ABOUT ACCU PIER

Experience Built on Straight Answers

Accu Pier Foundation Repair has served Texas homeowners since 2005 with an evaluation-first approach to foundation concerns.

Honest advice comes first

Since 2005, Accu Pier Foundation Repair has helped homeowners across East Texas understand and address foundation concerns. The work begins with a careful evaluation and a straightforward explanation of what appears to be happening.

If repair is appropriate, we discuss practical options. If repair does not appear necessary, we do not create pressure to move forward with work the home may not need.

Established experience

Residential slab and pier & beam foundation experience built over two decades of serving Texas homeowners.

Homeowner-first guidance

Clear explanations and appropriate recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.

Foundation repair is not state-licensed in Texas

Texas does not issue a statewide foundation-repair contractor license. Local registration, permit, and inspection requirements may still apply, but there is no Texas foundation-repair license that proves a company is qualified, experienced, or financially responsible.

That makes claims such as “licensed and bonded” worth examining closely. Homeowners should ask: Licensed by whom, for what trade, and what bond specifically protects this project? A business registration, local contractor registration, or license in a different trade is not the same thing as a statewide foundation-repair license.

General liability insurance that includes foundation repair

Accu Pier carries general liability insurance for our foundation-repair operations. This matters because a generic contractor policy or certificate of insurance does not automatically establish that structural or foundation-repair work is covered. Policy classifications, endorsements, and exclusions determine what the insurer will actually cover.

Before hiring any company, ask for current proof of insurance and verify the coverage with the insurance agent or carrier. The company name on the policy should match the company on your contract, the policy should be active for the project dates, and the covered operations should include the work being performed.

What homeowners should request

  • A current certificate of general liability insurance
  • Confirmation that the named insured matches the contractor on the agreement
  • Policy dates and liability limits covering the scheduled work
  • Confirmation from the agent or carrier that foundation-repair operations are included
  • The issuing authority and license number if “licensed” is advertised
  • The surety, bond number, amount, and beneficiary if “bonded” is advertised

Experience and accountability since 2005

Accu Pier has served East Texas homeowners since 2005. We evaluate the structure, explain what appears to be happening, and recommend repair only when it is actually needed. When work is recommended, homeowners receive a clear scope and a company willing to stand behind its work.

Do not settle for “trust us.” Ask for documents. Ask questions. Verify the protection before structural work begins.

Start with an honest evaluation.

We will explain what appears to be happening and discuss repair options only when they are appropriate.
