Transfer Your Accu-Pier Warranty

1. Complete the warranty transfer form below.

2. Attach a copy of the Accu-Pier warranty certificate and proof of closing.

3. Pay the $175 transfer fee using the secure Square payment link.

Slab pier warranties must be submitted within 60 days after closing. Pier & Beam warranties must be submitted within 30 days after closing.

Submitting the form or paying the fee does not complete the transfer. Accu-Pier may inspect the property and must confirm the transfer in writing. All original terms, exclusions, deadlines, and coverage limits remain in effect.
